If you’re bored of the usual brunches in town, that are a hotchpotch of all sorts of cuisines, check out the newly launched Sunday Brunch at Conrad Bengaluru.

Fresh Off The Boat

For a change, we’re not going to say this one has a massive spread, they don’t. That is because Conrad Bengaluru is focussing on ingredients and quality. Naturally, we’re not complaining, especially since we had a sneak peek into what to expect when they kick off the brunches on April 22. Sourcing fresh ingredients from local and global markets, the idea behind this buffet spread is to bring produce from its original source. Think salmon from Norway and sushi fish from Japan. Yup, we’re impressed too!

Main Ingredient

While there will be crowd favourites on the menu too, we can’t wait to try lamb chops imported from New Zealand, Alaskan crab fresh from the Aleutian Islands, artisan cheese from Kodaikanal and Pondicherry, and fresh seafood from Mangalore and Kanyakumari too. Plus, we hear there will be chocolates from Belgium, and pretty though edible flowers from Mysore. To wash it all down, expect exotic fusions to remind you of fragrances and flavours from around the globe.

Make sure to take the kids too as there will be clowns, goodies to be won and even a few games to keep them entertained. But most importantly, they have their own little buffet!

Price: INR 2,400 ++ per person (non-alcoholic) and INR  3,200 ++ per person with alcohol.
