The French Connection

A former chef at Cafe Noir, Amiel Guerin is no stranger to catering having hosted his first order {a birthday party} almost a year ago. With a central kitchen located in Horamavu, the chef and his seven-member team work on orders for everything from weddings and birthday parties to private dinner parties and corporate events. Specialising in French, Italian and Spanish fare, he also does a bit of Mexican and Pan-Asian if you ask nicely.

Canapes, finger food, small bites, and appetisers are what’s usually on offer for corporate events and cocktail parties. If you check is his Instagram page, you will see that these include bites such as Fig & Goat Cheese Tart, Olive Tapenade & Goat Cheese Toast, and Prawn & Bell Pepper Tarts. Don’t trust everything you see? Well then, get hold of a member of the Bangalore Club, and sample his food every Friday and Saturday night. He goes all out with everything from spinach and ricotta ravioli and roast chicken with garlic mash potato and jus to prawns tempura and pork and pista terrine. These are all part of his catering menu too, should you want this at your next dinner party.

Catering About

Once you’ve decided the menu, just let Chef and his team take over. They will do everything including setting up live pasta stations to setting out the cutlery and crockery. His takes orders for a maximum of 350 covers for corporate events, so you don’t need to worry about him working under pressure.

Want to show off at your home? Call your friends over {a minimum of seven people to a maximum of 20}, and he’ll make sure your party is the talk of the town with lavish five or seven course meals.  This is where he usually brings out the big guns in the form of classics such as Gallet des Rois or King’s Cake, lasagna, lobster, and slow cooked lamb. The chef also enjoys catering for birthday parties and will make sure the kids have plenty to rave about with live pasta stations, mini pizzas, and all sorts of sweet and savoury tarts.
