Customer first and last! Thank you Nyaasa

I ordered this lovely looking body care gift set from Nyaasa. On receiving it, it seemed that the expiry date of the products was soon and that means that the person for whom I ordered would not be able to use it for long. I posted my feedback here and to my utter shock and disbelief, Pushpa from Nyaasa called in 24 hrs and was so apologetic and immediately shipped me another set. I received the same and am just so happy that customer feedback is taken seriously and acted upon. Thanks Nyaasa. I will always remember this gesture and thank you. I will recommend your products for sure.
