Daawat-E-Ramadan

What Makes It Awesome?

Barbeque Nation, has started it's own Iftar Theme for the month of Ramadan. Iftar is the time where one breaks his fast and enjoys scrumptious food. Why not celebrate it at Barbeque Nation with delicious Barbeque and Ramadan Centric dishes.

As a welcome drink, one will be served Roohafza and Butter Milk which is a good start. Who doesn't love the fantastic barbeques of Chicken Angara, Mutton Sheekh, Button Mushrooms, Prawns, Katta Fish and some prawns?

For vegetarians, Pav Bhaji was subtle and amazing.

Haleem: When it's Ramadan, how can one not have Haleem, the Haleem here was decent. Mutton Khasra is a spicy gravy of Mutton which is for typical meat lovers and this was fantastic. Kheema Vada or the minced meat shaped as Vada and topped with spices is a speciality. When minced meat is cooked with spices, masala and red chillies and served with Pav, it would be an eccentric Kheema Pav. Zam Zam Chicken Pilaf is an Arabic dish which is very mild in spice. The star would be the Awadhi Style Ghost Biryani.

For Dessert, Shahi Phirni, Sheer Korma, Shahi Tukda, Mawa Samosa, Mango Shrikhand and Dates Pastry.
