It’s a dream come true for all you who love to show-off your passion and knowledge when it comes to comic books, as there’s a DC quiz happening this weekend. Organised by The Entertainment Store, in partnership with Social Offline and 4 Edge Quizzing Solutions, the event will take place at Church Street Social. The quiz will test your knowledge of the DC Universe be it the comic books, films, games, TV shows or any other adaptation of the original comic. Choose your partner wisely, as each team is made up only of two. You’ll need to pass a preliminary round, to end up in the finals — forget friendship, just find the person who reads and watches everything DC!

If you know the difference between Deadshot and Death Stroke, their full names, the weapons they use, and who was injected with mirakuru and who wasn’t, then this one’s for you! It may seem easy, but when you get into the nitty gritties of these comic books, it’s quite a vast world! If you’re not too competitive and don’t mind losing to geeks, then it’s a great way for you to meet like-minded people, and also up your enthusiasm for the comic books. Or films, we’re not judging.
Why Should I Go For It?
Completely themed around the DC Universe, this one is expected to be loads of fun. Since The Entertainment Store likes to involve people, even if they aren’t the most hardcore fans, the quiz will span all adaptations of the comic books. So if you haven’t read all the comics, then fear not, the films, TV shows and video games too will help you win points. But don’t think you’ll get by just watching the one-off Arrow on TV. Firstly, we know most of you watch it for Stephen Amell, secondly, there’s more to the DC Universe than just what has been made famous! We’re hoping Wild Dog, Night Force, Azrael, Two Face, Wonder Woman, The Suicide Squad and Star Fire all are part of the quiz. Plus, favourites like Batman, Harley Quinn, Barry Allen, Green Lantern, Aquaman and of course, Ra’s Al Gul!
