Chiffon Pies, Bon Bons And Blueberry Popsicles: What Will You Be Indulging In At Nestlé Milkmaid Presents Dessert Bazaar?

There’s just about a week left for Nestlé Milkmaid presents LBB’s Dessert Bazaar and we’re assuming you’re already working out in fifth gear. If not, then you’ve got to start as we have just got our hands on the list of desserts that will be at the event and my, oh my, there’s everything from dark chocolate bon bons and chiffon tarts to tender coconut popsicles and crunched almond butter. Drooling, aren’t you? Check out what else you can gorge on next weekend.

Remember those amazing dried fruits and dehydrated fruits you get in South Asia? The good news is there’s no need to fly East for it. Just show up at Nestlé Milkmaid presents Dessert Bazaar and head to the Fanchips stall and load up on everything from freeze-dried durian and rambutan to dried mangosteen, longan and even strawberries. We warn you though, they can be super addictive, but in a good way.

If you are drooling over all these desserts, but are lamenting that you’re either gluten intolerant or are just avoiding it, we have great news. Mills and Browns is going to stock up with gluten-free and maida free bakes. From eggless cheesecakes, butterscotch cupcakes and chocolate versions, there is plenty to indulge in here.

Do you feel the need for seed {see what we did there?}, head on over to Jus’ Amazin’. Bottling all natural butter, that is healthy and delicious. Some of the spreads include Almond Butter: Dark Chocolate, that uses raw cacao, Cashew Butter with salted caramel and even a crunchy pepper cashew butter. We also can’t wait to try the powerhouse mixed seed butter.

Ace chocolatier Mubeena Shariff has fattened us all up with sinfully divine bons bons and truffles. So you can only imagine the dream that the tarts – chocolate, lemon, caramel and crushed almond, will be. Throw in a raspberry and cocoa nib chocolate bars, and you’ll be bouncing off the walls all weekend.

We’ll take anything as long as it’s sweet. But when you pair it with a mystery, then it’s twice as nice! Known for cheesecakes, cake pops and cupcakes, this homebaking brand is also known for their chiffon pies. Oh, not sure what those are? They’re versions of pies with mousse-filled tart bases, this one is topped off with sinful meringue in different flavours.

With interesting flavours like Blueberry Cheesecake and Toasted Coconut Sprinkles it never gets too dull or predictable at this sweet spot. Pick from chocolate coatings such as milk, dark and white, and then add on sprinkles, coconut shavings or even crushed cookies.
