Dim Sum Bao Bun festival at China Bistro is one among the few I have come across many places I have been and this is one of a kind with options to choose from different dim sums and Baos
I loved the,
- Edamame Truffle: the filling was definitely balanced with the right amount of that it just melts in as u take a bite.
- Spicy soya basil Dimsum: The filling of this might remind you of a yummy Indian cutlet filling
- Mixed veg dimsum: As the name suggests this has a great combination of all the veggies u can think of with a right combination of taste
Baos,
- Sriracha Tofu Bao: The tofu is deep-fried and served between the bun that's soft for sure also with mayonnaise sauce and a leaf of lettuce
- Sambal Fungi Bao: Filling is Mushroom thats tasty due to the sauces used to make it
Beverages,
- Coconut Lychee Mocker: Lightly sweet and resembles pina colada worth the try for a decent drink.
Loved the ambience and the hospitality by the staff especially loved how they enjoy give us a nice time during the whole thing
