Metropole Restaurant: This eatery that majors in Kerala cuisine and sits comfortably in the Shivajinagar area of Bengaluru, is a hidden secret. Sitting in both inside on the ground floor or on the top floor overlooking the brilliant Bangalore weather. On Monday afternoon, I stumbled upon this place which looks like a hut near the sea, I decided to go in and asked for the best on the menu.
I was suggested :
1. Oyster Fry: My first time trying this dish and man. Did I fall in love? Crisp, delicious and fresh.
2. Fish Thali: At just 110 rupees, a steal. It had Kerala boiled rice(you can choose your preference though), fish curry, papad, dry subzi, sambhar, salad, pickle, Payasam. All tasty and my taste buds had a flavour burst.
3. The Grape Juice: nothing like I've had before. Truly refreshing.
The service was quick. Easy on my pockets. Clean area. Spacious. Hidden gem. Affordable - very much!
If you miss out on this, you are truly missing out on a great food deal.
