Flechazo is one of the best buffet places in Whitefield, with a great spread of starters, main course and endless desserts. We were lucky to visit the place during their seafood festival. We were very excited.
The first set of starters came in the automated belt platform with chaats, sushis, and some seafood starters. They had presented the whole concept so beautifully like one guy was standing with a cycle full of dry dishes from the coastal area and making some spicy starters for the children.
In veg starters, I liked the Paneer tikka and Bharwan aloo, crispy corn and Dahi ke shole. The seafood starters were really something everyone should go for. We started with some Prawns Koliwada perfectly fried and golden fried calamari rings loved them. Thai grilled fish in banana leaf was full of Thai flavours and aroma. Tawa river pomfret and Bangra fish fries were something compulsory for fish lovers. Mutton seekh kebab was good, but crab and lobster were the show stoppers. Beautifully presented and amazing taste. They are giving u off free lobsters.
Even the main course both veg and non-veg were quite decent. The veg main course had Paneer butter masala, Malai kofta which was my favourite, Pindi chole, Panchratna dal, full of Indian authentic flavours. In the seafood special dinner, we had Crab masala, Methi murg, Kaal Maas, Yellow Thai curry and the most awaited Chicken dum biriyani, so everything was perfect in its place.
Coming to desserts, really they have paid so much attention to the last surprise. I just loved the Lauki ka halwa and Angoori gulab jamun. The hot crispy Jalebis with Rabdi was something very new to a buffet place. They had some beautiful International desserts also like Macroons, Pasteries of different flavours, tropical fruit compote, red velvet Chocolate brownies and so on. A true bliss for kids.
It's a perfect place to dine with family and kids. They celebrate your birthday with pomp and show and also present you with a cake. Service is decent.
