Cooking Time: 30-45 Minutes
What You Need:
3 tsp cooking oil
2 Chopped Onions
2 Tomatoes
2 Green Chilli
2 Garlic Cloves
1/2 tsp Cumin
15-20 Okras
2 Eggs
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 garam masala
1/2 dhaniya powder
Salt to taste
Steps:
{Low Heat Cooking always, throughout}
1. Heat cumin and garlic in oil until it turns golden-yellow in a deep cooking pot
2. Put onions, and wait patiently for 2-3 minutes and mix well
3. Add all the masalas in one go and cook for another 2-3 minutes and mix well
4. Add tomatoes and wait patiently for 2-3 minutes, and mix well
5. Add the Okras and cover for 20 minutes with regular mixing.
6. Now wait for 5 minutes longer than you would, when this dish is ready
7. With a spoon, shift the mix along the side of the pot, and in the middle break 2 eggs and cover for 1-2 minutes
8. Add some coriander and serve with thin and crispy parathas
