What Makes It Awesome

This is the first time Tales Of Froth has done a Collaboration Brew with any Craft Brewery In Bangalore & the first in a series of new Beers this year.

The Two Hatted Ale Series is a Collaboration with Umang Nair - Head Brewer at The Brew & Barbeque & La Casa & is from the S Brewing Co team.

The first release is The Easy Pale Ale - a sessionable Pale Ale full of Cascade Hop aroma & flavor without any harsh bitterness.

It's an easy drinking and sessionable ( you can drink several pints).

Tasting Notes:
5.3% ABV | 34 IBU

We took our inspiration from Sierra Nevada's Pale Ale & Yona Yona's Pale Ale.

You'll get Cascade on the nose - citrus/pine and a hint of earthiness mixed in with some malty notes.

On the palate, clean, crisp malty then citrusy/spicy flavor which then transitions into a smooth bitter finish.

Overall an easy drinking sessionable Pale ale fit for any Craft Beer drinker from a novice to seasoned expert.

The feedback has been excellent so far. There's just over 300 liters left (halfway through).

Come down to the Brew and Barbeque, try a pint or two and let us know what you think, before it runs out.

What Could Be Better?

Nothing really - Our recipe planning vs the final product was exactly what we hope for.

The brewing community in Bangalore approved it and we'd like for all of you to feel the same way!

What's My Pro Tip?

Pair this Beer with light citrusy salads, pork sliders, burgers and carrot cake.

Anything Else?

If you're a Wheat Beer drinker or prefer lighter lagers, don't panic. The Easy Pale is designed to showcase Hop flavors and aromas not harsh bitterness.

Ask for a sampler first. Trust me, you'll be asking for a pint!

Cheers & Stay Frothy
