On our way to Moby Dick {the all-day cafe known for its pizzas}, the flex banner of this soon-t0-be open cafe caught our eye. We did a little digging up and found that Echoes first opened to rave reviews in Satya Niketan, New Delhi. Known for their pocket-friendly menu that includes waffles, fries, burgers, pizzas, and great shakes, we are intrigued not just about the food, but of the whole concept itself.
