Cafe Rome has an elegant ambience. Limited but stylish seating arrangements. They have beautiful wall frames which signify the richness of Italy.
They have a well-elaborated menu with no complications, hence making it easy for us to choose. Based more on authentic Italian dishes they have excellent salads like watermelon feta cheese salad, quinoa salad etc. Their presentation is no less than a star hotel. Taste is even better.
Starters are mind-blowing especially the fried bocconcini balls. Phyllo cups have different variations. The chicken phyllo cup was my favourite appetizers because it was having wonderful flavours of fresh herbs and edible flowers.
Pizzas are freshly baked. The base is not the ordinary one. It's crunchy and buttery.
Their Ravioli is cheesy and perfectly filled. I really enjoyed the spinach and ricotta filling ravioli.
They have creme Brulee, a classic and common dessert but the way they present it is beyond anyone's imagination. Chefs deliver their skill in plating it with style.
Apart from the a la carte menu they also have some fancy pastries laid out in the counter near the entrance. Their profiteroles are heavenly. I really want to try their red velvet cake because the shake that I tried had a base of red velvet cake and it was the best shake I have ever had.
This place is highly recommended for those who want to indulge themselves into something fancy and enjoy the authentic flavours at the same time.
