The "French Fiesta", as they call it, is a Fine French Dining Experience by Chef Roxanne. A Dutch national, who trained formally at the well-respected culinary school in Rotterdam, and quickly progressed to virtuosity in a variety of cuisines. Chef Roxanne’s special qualifications include cold kitchen, warm kitchen, and pastry.
