So while you always have your sweet cravings knocking at your door, you now have a healthier way of dealing with them. While we all know Anand sweets and their extensive range of indulgent sweets and savouries be it Mysore pak or Murrukus, one thing that all of us might not be aware of is their range of sugar-free delights. So on entering the store and running my eyes past some mouth-watering sweets when I asked Sugar-free I expected to not have many options, but I did get some nice ones- I would recommend the Nutberry barfi on top of the list- it has some dried figs, pistachios, cashews and almonds, this is my favourite pick of the lot. They also have a date berry barfi which is made up of you guessed it right- dates, cashews and pistachios- this one is recommended only if you are fond of dates. You can buy these in their prepackaged boxes or loose as well. If you are not so nuts about nuts- then you can try their sugar-free Soan papdi or Kaju Katli, although they are sugar-free their slightly more fattening than the nut-based barfis. They even have some wheat sticks coated with almonds called badamika - they have one sugar-free variant. I would personally recommend the nut-based ones and then their Soanpapdi.
