Euro Fit Gym’s monthly and personal trainer fees won’t break the bank for you but will ensure you get a great workout day in and day out.

Sweat It Out For Less

For INR 850 per month, Euro Fit Gym offers personal training in addition to six-pack training, weight loss and training, aerobics, kettle bell workout, kickboxing {on request}, and TRX workout. The personal trainers as well as regular trainers help you out with nutrition plans. Neat, right?

In my one month stint here, I paid INR 1,850 {just INR 1,000 for personal training} and it didn’t even pinch my pocket. I went in with a goal to lose my tummy and work on my strength. Sachin, my trainer, started me out with basic cardio, before moving onto weight training. A highly energetic trainer, Sachin, helped with my diet, asking me to majorly cut down on sugar. The sugar part was probably because he caught me eating donuts after workout. While I wasn’t able to completely lose my tummy fat owing to my general lethargy, I did feel a lot stronger from the weight training. I went in weighing 67 kilos and by the end of the month, I was about 59 kilos with a near flat tummy. For me, that’s a win.
