Thank you Radisson for opening up a truly European restaurant. It was much needed this side of town. I went there for a Valentine Day dinner and thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience. Ambience - Typical European touch with a classy decor and subtle colors. Situated closer to the pool side, this fine dine restaurant is open only for dinner. It is perfect for a dinner date. Food - Tried the following and must mention that all these are Must Trys: Started off by having an assorted bread basket. Loved the breads as they were warm and fresh off the oven. Served with olive oil and herbed butter, the breads were delicious. 1. Cappuccino of Smoked Wild Mushroom - This soup was thick and tasty. Served with Mushroom Duxelle Crostini, this tasted divine. 2. Mille Feuille of Melon - Layered salad of muskmelon and watermelon with feta cheese and topped with caramelized walnuts. This is a perfect soothing summer salad. 3. Spanakopita - My favourite Greek Savory pastry. Saltiness of Feta, the creaminess of ricotta combined with spinach creates a wholesome taste. Served with Tzatziki. 4. Lasagne - This layered main course looked impressive and tasted great. It was stuffed with a lot of vegetables and wasn't too cheesy. Just the way I love it. 5. Wild Fungi Risotto - This creamy Italian rice dish was so authentic that I was actually licking the plate clean. Cooked in Mushroom broth, this was delish. The Arborio rice adds great flavour to it. 6. Vanilla Creme Brulee with Fresh Fruits on Biscotti - A great dessert consisting of a rich Vanilla custard base topped with a layer of hardened caramelized sugar. The fresh fruits went very well with it. Price - Reasonable considering the portion size, ambience and taste Service - It is excellent and the staff offers a nice personal touch. They have a great range of cocktails and mocktails as well.
