The Hood by Olive is launching Flavour Pop ft. Kochi, an all-day culinary residency featuring Chef Abhilash. This pop-up series features food from all parts of Kerala, with dishes from North Kerala, such as Jackfruit Sukka and String Hoppers, to Central Kerala delicacies such as Duck Roast and Neer Pathiri. Coastal staples of Calicut, from Malabar Fish Curry to Angamaly Mango Curry, are also on the menu.

Kotak Solitaire Restaurant Week India | Bangalore Edition
Restaurant Week India (RWI), the country’s pioneering nationwide dining festival, returns in April 2026 after a decade‑long hiatus. Reintroduced with a sharper, more curated approach, the festival reflects how dining out in India has transformed into an experience-led, culturally driven phenomenon. This edition of Restaurant Week India is presented in association with Kotak Solitaire, Kotak Mahindra Bank’s premium banking proposition. For Bangalore, the participating restaurants include Bar Sama, Comal, Kopitiam Lah, and Tijouri. Each participating restaurant will offer specially designed three‑course prix‑fixe menus created exclusively for the festival.

Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru’s ongoing culinary showcase, The Legacy of the Peking Duck, curated by Chef Wong Chin Sheong, is an exclusive, limited-period dining experience at Far & East. This pop-up that traces six centuries of imperial culinary tradition through the lens of contemporary gastronomy. At its heart is The Master’s Carve, a ceremonial tableside presentation where the signature lacquered duck is unveiled with its crisp, amber-glazed skin. The menu also explores regional influences such as classic Beijing-style Peking Duck with handcrafted pancakes and plum reduction to contemporary interpretations with black truffle, garlic, and Sichuan spices.

Burma Burma is celebrating Thingyan, the Burmese New Year, with a limited-edition festive menu available all through the month of May. This menu is inspired by the vibrant Burmese Lunch Houses and features dishes such as Mohinga Rice Bowl, Hawker’s Rice Bowl, Rustic Rice Bowl and Pickled Roselle Bowl. Apart from that there will be small plates such as New Year Parcels, Street-style Rice Crêpes and Palata Sando, along with summer-forward salads, desserts like Banana Bliss and Mango Bein Mont, and drinks including Pandan Tamarind Fizz, Hibiscus Lemonade and Mango Picante.
