Chef Flor Camorlinga, the force behind Michelin Bib Gourmand–recognised and Best Wine Bar, awarded Plonk in Mexico City, is coming to Bangalore for a one-night-only dining experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore. Presented as a collaborative pop-up, the menu is co-created by Chef Flor and the culinary team at The Ritz-Carlton Bangalore, led by Executive Chef Saurabh Tyagi. The experience unfolds as a five-course, wine-paired dinner, each dish distinct in character.

PENICILLIN, Hong Kong Bar Take Over At Kico Bengaluru
KICO is hosting Agung Prabowo of PENICILLIN, Hong Kong, ranked No. 27 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars, for an exclusive one-night-only takeover. Co-curated by The National Drink Project, for its Bengaluru debut, PENICILLIN will present a curated cocktail experience that reflects Agung’s philosophy of innovation grounded in purpose. Guests can expect inventive serves. Also this takeover is presented in partnership with Rangeela Vodka and Yello Designer Whisky.

Michael Learns to Rock – Take Us to Your Heart Tour | Bengaluru
Michael Learns to Rock (MLTR), the Danish soft rock/pop band from the late 80’s, is coming to India for a three-city tour with a stopover at Bengaluru. MLTR is known for its timeless romantic ballads and signature melodic sound. This is for all you millennials (including elder ones) to enjoy the iconic hits such as 25 Minutes, Take Me to Your Heart, and Sleeping Child.

Michelin-starred Saawaan, Bangkok At The Oberoi For A Thai Pop-Up
This February, The Oberoi, Bengaluru, is welcoming chefs from Michelin-starred Saawaan, Bangkok, for four exclusive evenings of Thai culinary excellence. Chef de cuisine Saritwat “Earth” Wanvichitkun and Chef Pâtissière Chayanin “Pond” Tanapradit of Bangkok’s Michelin-starred Saawaan will take the helm at Rim Naam. Their exclusive eight-course set menus will showcase Thailand’s regional culinary identities. Highlights of the menus include Raw Mango Salad with Ranong Blue Swimmer Crab, Steamed Squid with Som Saa Citrus Fruit and Kaffir Lime, Fragrant Coconut Curry infused with Banana Stalk, Ginger Flower Tart, Lychee Tart and Coconut Ice Cream.

The Sixth Sense
The Sixth Sense, India’s first and largest multidisciplinary immersive festival, is hosting a curated music programming that unfolds over select weekends, designed for deep listening and spatial engagement. From experimental electronic compositions to boundary-pushing live performances, the artists exist in dialogue with art, technology, and space. The artist lineup for February has Batavia Collective, Vieux Farka Touré & Niladri Kumaar, and Max Cooper.

SolveCon ’26
Reap Benefit, a Bengaluru-based nonprofit building India’s largest movement of youth changemakers through civic and climate action, is hosting the first national edition of SolveCon ’26. The event will bring together over 1,500 young people and 80+ organisations for a one-day, youth-led festival of action and learning. Built around three ideas – Connect, Learn, and Lead – the event is designed to enable young people to meet peers, participate in hands-on learning and real-world problem solving, and explore pathways to leadership in their communities. The programme will feature a Mela with interactive stalls and installations hosted by partner organisations. Not Quite Toddy, Kerala Toddy Shop–Inspired Pop-Up At Coracle At BIC Café
Inspired by Kerala’s iconic toddy shops, Coracle at BIC Cafe is hosting the Not Quite Toddy pop-up. Chef Tresa, the chef-founder at Coracle, is doing this as a joyful nod to the beloved kallu shaap (toddy shop in Kerala) experience. For the pop-up, there will be a house-made, toddy-inspired drink and on the menu expect dishes such as Erachi Ullarthiyathu, Natholi Fry, Tharavu Pepper Fry, Kallummakkai Dry Fry, Kappa & Meen Curry, Pazham Pori & Beef Curry, Idi Erachi, and drinks in the form of Not Quite Toddy, Tender Coconut Cooler, and Buttermilk.

Enter The Wild, A Pet-Friendly Experiential Event By Animal Planet At Bhartiya Mall of Bengaluru
Bhartiya Mall of Bengaluru is hosting Enter the Wild, a pet-friendly, immersive experiential event curated in association with Animal Planet. The mall will be transformed with a wildlife-themed backdrop inspired by Animal Planet, featuring visuals representing diverse ecosystems such as jungles, deserts, icy terrains, and rivers. The key engagement highlights include bite-sized, engaging insights into animal behaviour and survival tactics, Camel Survival Station, Jump Like a Kangaroo (a sack-race challenge inspired by powerful kangaroo jumps), Penguin Waddle Challenge, and Hippo Feeding Game. There will also be photo and video zones, including a 360-degree camera video zone and a special “Date With Your Pet” photo booth, where families and children can pose with their pets against themed backdrops—making it a truly pet-inclusive celebration.

SOKA Sunday Rituals, SOKA’s recurring chef-led pop-up series that invites leading culinary voices to take over SOKA’s kitchen, is back and this time they are bringing Mumbai’s cult favourite Bang Bang! Noodle for a one-day-only pop-up. Known for its bold flavours, high-energy Ma-La cooking, Bang Bang! Noodle is led by Chef Rahul Punjabi, and for this special SOKA Sunday Rituals edition, diners can expect a tightly curated menu featuring Bang Bang! Noodle’s most loved signatures. Expect dishes such as Bang Bang! Thread Paneer, BBN Prawn Toast, Ma La Chilli Oil Wontons, Classic Ma La Bang Bang! Noodles, and Bang Bang! Hot Oil Splash Noodles. The menu closes on a playful note with desserts, most notably the Ma La Chilli Oil Soft Serve and the Honey Sesame Noodle Soft Serve. The menu is paired with a bespoke cocktail list by the team at SOKA.

Maize & Malt is hosting a Sri Lankan food festival in association with Priya Bala, journalist, restaurant critic for over a decade, and author. The menu will feature dishes such as Banana Flower Cutlets, Bittergourd Sambol, Seeni Sambol Buns, Mushroom Patties, Devilled Chicken, Fish Cutlets, Prawn Vada, and Black Pork. Desserts include dishes such as Silky Watalappam and Love Cake. This is Sri Lanka on a plate.

Restaurant Takeover By Tuya Hyderabad At Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield
Acclaimed Hyderabadi restaurant Tuya, led by the celebrated Chef Suresh DC, is coming to the city for the first time for a limited-edition takeover at Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield. This experience will be at Whitefield Bar & Grill (WBG), where guests can enjoy Tuya’s distinctive approach to South Indian cuisine. Tuya’s menu is complemented by a bespoke selection of craft cocktails and one of Bengaluru’s largest collections of gin at WBG. Expect to be delighted by dishes such as Avocado Sarva Pindi, Miriyalu Mutton Meatballs, Bangalore Mutton Biryani, and Coconut Sorbet with Jasmine Granita. Vasu Dixit Collective brings together electronic folk textures with Kannada and Hindi songwriting, blending contemporary sounds with deep cultural and poetic roots. The Museum of Art & Photography (MAP) has ongoing exhibitions and permanent exhibits all through the year. It's spread over 44,000 square feet and several floors. Artwork aside, there's an auditorium, an art and research library, an education centre, a specialised research and conservation facility, and a terrace cafe too. Hrutul, a storyteller from Ahmedabad, is bringing their hexaimmersive visual-concert called YOUFORIA chp. पाथॅ to Bangalore for the first time. The concert is based on spiritual stories inspired by Indian history and interpretative Mythology explored from a capitalist point of view. This concert-show features 17 original songs, dance performances, and all songs and performances are accompanied by cinematic visuals across six massive screens. The six screens form a hexagon, with the audience seated at the centre - creating a 360-degree audiovisual immersion.
