In collaboration with Lush at Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel, she will be showcasing a range of dishes that are served in toddy shops to thattukadas (street carts) of Kerala. Thingyan Festival At Burma Burma
Burma Burma is bringing back their Thingyan special menu. Thingyan is the Burmese New Year and harvest festival and if you are wondering what's going to be served, well, there's a feast. The lineup features a Thingyan Tiffin Meal, traditional celebratory desserts, a live hawker-style Noodle Salad offering, and a selection of new beverages. The Thingyan Tiffin Meal will be served in a multi-tiered tiffin and will feature dishes such as Hand-tossed Broad Beans, Tofu Sandwich, Mock Meatball Curry, and Pumpkin and Bok Choy Stir Fry. Apart from celebrating the Burmese New Year, this special menu will also be for a cause. Summer Express is back! The signature programme of Ranga Shankara's AHA! Theatre For Children initiative is offering a transformative 13-day workshop series for children.
