Located in the 1st phase of JP Nagar, Fat Owl is a casual dine-in cum bar which is spread widely over 3 floors with a rooftop which has a perfect date-night ambience in it. The interior is kept more green with a huge mango tree in the middle of the restaurant giving the feels of nature.
I visited this place on a Tuesday night with few of my friends for dinner. We started with some of their signature cocktails, if you want to start on a lighter note then go for the Elderflower & Gin which was very refreshing. But my personal favourite were Jalapeno & Tequila and Coffee & Rum (you will like it only if you are a rum person!).
Among the starters that we had, the homemade onion rings and mushroom stuffed samosas were the best in vegetarian section. From the non-veg starters, the chicken tikka and lamb kebab were delicious but my favourite was the pork belly, so easily chewable that it melted in my mouth.
Heading to the main course, we had Open Chicken Bao and a veg pizza which were pretty good.
Ending our dinner with the desserts, we tried the Swiss red velvet roll and my most favourite and scrumptious one was the sticky toffee pudding! π
