The Ajji Mane XO Flea Market is a weekend flea market, which will be held at the Bangalore Football Turf, Hennur on Saturday, October 7 and Sunday, October 8. The event also celebrates the first anniversary of the Bangalore Football Turf. For the small entry fee of INR 10, there’s a lot to do here. Expect a load of fun activities, events, and stalls put up for you to make an interesting day out of. The two-day flea market will offer everything from food stalls to break dancing and skateboarding to a beatboxing championship.

This is for anyone and everyone who loves a flea market and wants to see some really cool dancing and beatboxing too, along with someone just looking to have a good time, on the weekend. So if you want to learn to skateboard and slackline {balancing on a rope, suspended above the ground}, you can come here and then watch professionals do their thing. And if you’re an animal lover, you are welcome too as there will be an adoption drive as well. You could also take part in the open football tournament here, being held alongside the event and you’ll be playing on the turf here, so it’s no-nonsense.
Why Should I Go For It?
Starting with the fact that it’s a two-day event, the flea market is going to be an interesting place to be, as you never know what you might end up buying, seeing or being a part of. You can go and play with the doggies and kitties up for adoption and maybe even adopt one. If not, then you just could walk around, eat and buy something.
We hear there’s karaoke on both nights, so make sure you bring your squad along to cheer you along. In terms of shopping, HolyStoked, the skateboard collective and skate shop in Bangalore, is selling some cool skateboarding merch. They are also organizing a workshop on skateboarding, so if you are a noob, you know where to sign up. There are a lot of food trucks coming, including Om Nom Thai and Chetty’s Twistatos.
