Located in HRBR layout of Kalyan Nagar, Float is a microbrewery spread widely over 5 floor with a beautiful rooftop view. It serves 4 amazing beers on tap brewed by the very famous, English Brewing Company :
- Belgian Wit
- Bavarian Hefeweizen
- Marzen Munich Lager
- Triple Wit IPA
I visited this place on a Sunday to have lunch with few of my friends. We started with some beers and I must say that I'm not at all an IPA fan but this place made me fall in love with their Triple Wit IPA. For the starters, we had their veg and salmon sushi which were equally delicious. The chengdu chicken and braised pork belly were yummy too but my favorite was the sriracha chicken with pineapple, so tender and juicy with a perfect blend of spices.
Heading to the main course, we had jasmine rice with red Thai curry, pad Thai, nasi goreng and Burmese khao suey which were all so delightful. I love Thai food and and even-though this place isin't a pan-asian restaurant, it serves one of the best Thai cuisines and khao suey is my favorite here.
Ending our dinner with the desserts, we had chocolate fondant and pavlova which is made up of fruits and berries topped with vanilla ice cream and creme fraiche. :P
