Edo at ITC Gardenia
Time to head off to Edo and be Bowled Over by Donburi, their latest food festival. Whether it is the Tendon, a combination of tasty Prawn Tempura or even breaded deep-fried pork cutlets based Katsudon, the Donburi (single-meal bowls) is truly a traditional treasure. And chef Kamlesh Joshi has clearly perfected the art of dish-in-a-bowl concepts. Fuss free and made to order, you can make your donburi with any meat you like (fish, ideally) and in choice of sauce as well.

Chef Myo Zaw Aung, the new man in charge at this rooftop restaurant, kicks things off with an authentic Sushi Food Festival. You can choose from a variety of Sushi creations ranging from Nigiri and Sashimi to Makis and Chirashis. Plus, an intriguing Pizza Maki which we’re waiting to try out.

The Leela Palace
Their pasta festival (Until January 24) has you covered from ziti lunghi and rigatoni to bucatini and farfalle in black truffle cream, crab nage or with shrimp and lobster. Or opt for their more sugar-coated Strawberry Festival (Until February 29) at the Cake Shop where there will be numerous strawberry creations infused with Champagne, mixed with White Chocolate and even Red Roses for the impending Valentines Day.
