    Edo at ITC Gardenia

Time to head off to Edo and be Bowled Over by Donburi, their latest food festival. Whether it is the Tendon, a combination of tasty Prawn Tempura or even breaded deep-fried pork cutlets based Katsudon, the Donburi (single-meal bowls) is truly a traditional treasure. And chef Kamlesh Joshi has clearly perfected the art of dish-in-a-bowl concepts. Fuss free and made to order, you can make your donburi with any meat you like (fish, ideally) and in choice of sauce as well.
