In pictures- I tried to make a simple Kodava cuisine - Nool Puttu, which is also known as string hopper, idiyappam and so on. It is made in various Asian countries generally with rice flour.
So here I have used sprouted ragi flour from @fructus_terra which is organic and very healthy too and this is rich in calcium and for the consistency have added a portion of rice flour.
This can be eaten with any curry or use jaggery, coconut and milk combination. Can be made in a vegan version with the alternative for ghee and milk.
