They have healthy sprouted flours that can be used as baby food. Which is absolutely safe for the baby to consume. Also, people of all ages can use these flours in different ways to include it in their diets.
In pictures- I tried to make a simple Kodava cuisine - Nool Puttu, which is also known as string hopper, idiyappam and so on. It is made in various Asian countries generally with rice flour.
So here I have used sprouted ragi flour from @fructus_terra which is organic and very healthy too and this is rich in calcium and for the consistency have added a portion of rice flour.
This can be eaten with any curry or use jaggery, coconut and milk combination. Can be made in a vegan version with the alternative for ghee and milk.
