What Makes It Awesome

Did you know that running is an excellent way to not just stay physically healthy, but also mentally invigorated (runner’s high is not a myth, friends). Those who run on a regular basis have boasted of multiple benefits: it’s great for your joints, fires up your metabolism, improves memory, and can be meditative. But don’t just take our word for it. Ankita Gaur (3 times Boston Qualifier, Lead - Adidas Runners Women Brigade India, Run Coach) has been running since 2013, and made headlines in 2020 for completing the TCS World 10K run in Bengaluru while five months pregnant! Inspired by the benefits she felt as a runner, she started Run Hub, India’s first ever Runners Hub.

Based in Koramangala, this is a dedicated space that acts as a one stop solution for people who want to inculcate running as a lifestyle choice. Whether you’re a total beginner or prepping for a 5K marathon, Run Hub will provide you with a customised run training plan to help you achieve the goals you desire. We’re talking a holistic experience with running specific strength training, yoga sessions and sports nutrition services all under one roof. Separate sessions are held for female runners and beginners so you too can kick start your running journey in the right direction.

If you’re worried about price, then know that The ‘Running Only’ Pack will set you back INR 3,000. This includes personalised plan based on your fitness level, running data analysis, and weekly updates based on unlimited communication with your coach through phone, text and emails. Not to mention sports nutrition services based on your requirement. There’s 2 ‘Strength + Running coaching plans to choose from: in addition to the base plan, running specific strength training will also be included. This will cost INR 5,500 per month for training at the center, and INR 5,000 for a virtual membership.
