Izzki Handmade by Shraddha Agarwal specialises in tribal decor and tableware inspired by tribal art forms of Jharkhand. While bespoke modern home decor made from resins is one aspect of their product range, we love how they fuse modern styles with traditional tribal art forms. Here, you get coasters, cake stands, clocks and other decor pieces that look stunning. We reckon it’s due to their vast use of colours and intricate strokes that won us over.
We loved the Pink Gold Floral Cake Stand that had this bright interplay of colours. Made from Epoxy Resins and real pressed flowers, we couldn’t stop but stare at it for a good while until we realised we had to place a cake on it. Perfect to add cakes, desserts, tarts and almost any starter on them for functions and other occasions. There’s even a two-tier cupcake or tea stand that are perfect for the high-teas or kitty parties. Designed with flowers on a white-ish stand, this two-tier cupcake stand is artsy and yet, not too loud.
Izzki Handmade has even tied up with the folks at Kalaakriti to come out with a range of Dokra art wall hangings, jewellery, indigenous showpiece masks, cushion covers and framed tribal hangings. All designed by skilled local artisans of Jharkhand, the added artistic flair by Izzki makes the product even more worthy of sale.
