Bathinda Junction is a great place to be with your friends and family for dine-in. Went to this place about a week before and I got to admit the food was pretty good. Firstly, it was a bit hard to find the exact way to enter the restaurant as there were two staircases to go to the top floor. Also, the entrance to the building was a bit hard to locate. However, after getting inside the restaurant, a glass of cold Lassi surely made us happy. Secondly, the service was quite good. The staff members were very courteous and well behaved.
As the name suggests, the restaurant has a Punjabi vibe to it with traditional Indian cots to sit upon and artefacts related to Punjabi celebrities. I liked the ambience. The only thing I felt the restaurant should improve with their surroundings would be the floor cleanliness as it seemed a bit dirty. Otherwise, everything was great.
Finally, the food was quite good. I loved their Afghani Chicken, Dal, Soya Chaap and Butter Chicken & Garlic Naan. The meal was very hearty and filling. Just felt that there can be more options available to drink, apart from Lassi.
Overall, it was a good experience! Apart from a few dishes, I loved the food, especially the main course.
