When they originally started off, The Cannanore sourced fabric from Kannur, in Kerala (which is where the name comes from). The fabric is especially known for its quality handloom furnishing and weave. They cut it up into cushion fabric and added embroidery onto it. Collaborating with about 20 vendors of recycled products, handmade kalamkari-based products, fibre products, chickankari work, notebooks photo frames, they're all handmade. Each piece sold at Cannanore is made from material directly sourced from their origin, from across India.
