As the name suggests, the dominant flavours of the dish are black peppercorns, garlic and capsicum, marinated deep fried prawns tossed with salt, crushed black pepper and mint leaves. •Chilli Hot Garlic Tofu is the succulent, saucy and spicy vegan Chili Tofu is based off an Indo-Chinese recipe, and flavored with tamarind, ginger, garlic, coriander and cumin, making it the perfect blend of these two distinctive cuisines.
