An exclusive ‘Gin bar’ with specially infused cocktails. They have got different flavours and one can sample and get their choice of drink ready.
We tried our hands on a few like ‘Apple pie’ - infused with apple, gin and cinnamon, ‘What a beach’ - infused with pineapple, gin and coconut, a summer refreshing 'Cucumber Spritz' - White Wine, gin and cucumber and the 'Ging Negroni' - Gin, vermouth, Campari and soda.
After the Cocktail session. We jumped on the Food session. First came the two soups, the veg versions of Tom Yum and Laksa.
Chicken Wonton Soup: A beautiful tangy soup with steamed wontons for the company, this was a brilliant start to the meal.
Coming to Dim Sums, they were extremely appealing and stunning. They were cooked to perfection. Such gorgeous light layering and huge filling inside.
The crispy prawn cheong fun was to die for. Crispy prawns covered in a light rice noodle roll and served with soy sauce. They were divine.
Crispy Shredded Lamb: This was a very unique preparation, and was crisp and tangy with just the right amount of sweetness. Brilliant dish!
Lo mei noodles were prepared well and weren't sticky, lee-fu fried rice was excellent and could be had without any gravy.
