And we don’t mean flour breads with seeds muttered across them, we mean breads that are actually made out of them. These don’t contain any form of grain, sugars or undefined oil. Their Cloud Bread looks like the most pillowy, spongy and glistening golden creation but all super healthy, resembling the shape of a cloud. For a slightly bitter yet earthy taste, try the Sesame Seed Bread that is crusted with sesame seeds in a dark brown sheen. Some butter and/or preserve/chickpea hummus would go just fine with these. You could also try the bright yellow Pumpkin Seeds bread that has big pumpkin seeds embedded within the bread and not just on the crust. These would go well with tea as the liquid would ease in percolating through the dense bread. Lastly, there is the sunflower seed bread that has its own distinguishable flavour. Leave them be, some butter is best to go with these.
