A very talented Patisserie chef adds the French and Italian influence and makes the desserts look like a piece of art, looks so pleasing. A treat for eyes and palate.
The desserts options are infinite, just when I think of a crazy dessert combination the chef converts it into a sweet reality!
Tried various desserts, below are a few:
Chocolate-strawberry petit gateau:
Made of strawberry sponge and chocolate mousse with a strawberry compote centre and chocolate glaze.
Chocolat d'or aka golden chocolate:
A choco-caramel based dessert with chunks of pineapple and the golden crumble.

The cake has a cocoa sable Breton base, cocoa sponge, creamy chocolate, strawberry compote, chocolate mousse, chocolate glaze and decorated with vanilla and cocoa meringues, orange and browned butter madeleines, salted chocolate crumb and chocolate shards.
Opera Petit Gateau:
For serious coffee lovers, had robust coffee flavours and not too sweet. Very light yet very good flavours. Topped with roasted almonds and crumbs.
