I am a frequent visitor to the Khao Gali we have in HSR near BDA, if you go in the evenings, that lane is overly crowded with people who are enjoying the plethora of street food options available there, 99 varieties of dosas, vada pav, litti chokha, chowmein, chicken tandoori to name a few.
During my very recent visit, I bumped into this small, very clean stall, which was serving hot veg soup of various kinds. I got kind of curious that how are they managing to attract a huge audience by just serving soup, which isnt considered a street food at first place.
But man, when I went there and tasted their tomato soup, it was so good, I gulped it all in no time. Their own unique way of serving it with bread crumbs, fried cornflakes and the indian spice blends make it just taste correct.
I would urge all of you reading my post, to give this place a for sure try if you visit HSR Khao Gali next time.
