Planning how to spend your Holi this year? Street Storyss has curated an amazing menu to make you feel at home
this Holi:
We started on their specially curated Holi menu with Green Peas potli chaat. The potli is crispy and has an amazing
texture with the fun play of taste and texture in this dish. There was khatta meeta sauces with dehydrated peas adding a
fun element to the whole dish.
Moved on to another chaat beetroot ghujiya chaat with ragada. The beetroot pappad was so crispy and was definitely an
experience to try this dish. The ragda with ghujiya was amazing.
Then we ordered for a thandai paneer tikka where the paneer just melts on your tongue. How can something so soft be managed to present such a delicious dish, all credits to the Chef Shivansh Bhasin on this dish.
The star of the show was the Desi Pav Bhaji with a pesto Pav and burrata butter croquettes. The pesto fusion with Pav Bhaji was a dance of flavours on the tongue. That dish looks so amazing and perfect.
Ended with a pansari Kulfi which had finely chopped Kolkata beetle leaf and had all the ingredients in a pan, I could never imagine a pan Kulfi been done so well.
