Started by Bangalore based couple, Sonu and Sujith, this homegrown business that literally began on a whim during the Covid-19 lockdown period has today shipped over 5000 jars of pickles, some abroad too! Their philosophy is to preserve the history of our beloved Indian achaars in a jar and still introduce a little bit of a twist to it. We mean, where else otherwise would you find a Lotus Stem, Hosegram, Jackfruit and Guava Pickle?
These recipes come from Sonu's grandaunt, so "naani aur daadi ke haath ka" flavour is a 100% guaranteed. They also make traditional pickles like Tomato Pickle, Green Chilli Pickle, and Garlic Pickle. What is also tickling our senses is the Drumstick and Karonda (blackcurrant like berry) pickle. We can feel your mouth water too!
Every batch of pickle is sold in 250 gm , 500 gm and 1 kg glass jars and is priced upwards of INR 200. It takes 15 days to ship every jar, because each batch of pickle is freshly made. Good things do take time in this case!
