Upasana, Translate And Pure Ghee Designs Will Pop Up At The House Of Taamara

What It Is?

A two-day pop up of apparel and accessories by the Hyderabad-based apparel brand Translated, Pondicherry-native Upasana and Mumbai-based Pure Ghee Designs. And all of this awesomeness will pop up at Indiranagar’s House Of Tamara.

Who Is It For?

For anyone looking for merch by indie Indian labels, whether it is maxi dresses, ethnic bags, or eco-friendly fabrics. This one’s for you.

Why Should I Go For It?

Why should you not? For starters, Pondi label Upasana will be bringing their ethical, organic and eco friendly fashion. Expect easy breezy dresses in ikat, organic cotton with dainty indigo embroidery and hand block printed cotton along with skirts, tops and more. We are huge fans of the Hyderabad-based Translate for their unique beautiful ikat dresses that can multi task as a kurta, dress or tunic. Their ikat jackets are also great for layering in summers. Translate also makes beautiful scarves with tassel details along with kaftans, sarees and pants.

Once you have figured out your dress and look, time to shop for some accessories such as Pure Ghee Design’s lovely floral applique clutches called the Raat Rani clutch {also available as nifty wristlets} or their selection of floral-themed gajras, perfect for a day wedding. Pure Ghee also does traditional potlis and wristlets. And the good news is that your salary will probably make its way to your account, by the time this pop up happens!
