Ice Cream Burgers And Waffle Sandwiches: Head To The Maniac Minion Food Truck Right Away

Away from the usual fare of burgers and sandwiches, The Maniac Minion {we can’t get over the name} is a food truck that specialises in sweet treats. In fact, their entire menu screams of frozen delights ranging from ice cream rolls to fudges and ice cream burgers to waffle sandwiches.

On our recent visit to a flea event we happened to chance upon this food truck and boy by the looks of it, we could tell you that the Brownie Fudge topped with ice cream flavour of your choice and the Ice Cream Burger were top sellers. The ice cream burger is basically a burger with scoops of ice cream as the patty sandwiched between toasted buns. Chocolate sauce is drizzled over the buns as finishing touches. Waffle sandwiches are similar to the burgers, except instead of buns, you have waffles.

Parked out at the Bagmane Tech Park on weekdays to keep the IT folks happy and sugar high, The Manian Minions is parked in CBD on weekends. Look out for the blue and yellow truck near Mayo Hall. You can also track the location of the food truck through their Facebook page here.
