Walking Tour Of Central Bangalore's Iconic Monuments

What's Happening?

If you are a football fan, or at least are a supporter of home team Bengaluru FC, then you probably saw their post on IG about the iconic monuments of the city. Of course, the team is in Goa prepping for the ISL season, but back here, we were inspired to check out these spots which we usually take for granted. So if you are new to the city, or just want to go out and fall in love with it all over again, then you’ve got to sign up for this super fun, city-centre walk with LBB (you know us!) and WBB (the Bengaluru FC fanbase).

We’re all going to #ComeTogether to explore the best of a city we all call home. Kicking things off at The Coffee Day Square, the session will start at 7:30am (meet at 7:15am) and then we’ll walk past the Venkatappa Art Gallery, Department of Archaeology and Museums, Visvesvaraya Industrial and Technological Museum, wander past the aquarium, halt for some fun trivia (with LBB merch to be won!) at the Mahatma Gandhi Park, head on over to St Mark’s Cathedral, back into Cubbon Park (via the few statues there!), Minsk Square, High Court of Karnataka (Attara Kacheri), Vidhana Soudha, State Central Library, the Rose Garden. And then, it should come as NO surprise that the walking tour will end at The Fortress - Kanteerava Stadium. Naturally, breakfast will follow at Konark - dosa or idli with coffee or tea. If you’re in a Bengaluru FC replica jersey, then your breakfast will be on us!

How's The Venue?

The starting point is The Square by Cafe Coffee Day, Vittal Mallya Road, and eventually end at Konark and Kanteerava Stadium, just about 200 metres away.

Make A Note
