In 2008, Giuseppe Mozzillo brought his family’s age-old cheese-making skill to India and started off Impero with two of his willing friends. Soon after, Michelle Paventa, a master cheese maker, joined the team and since then they have been crafting desi-made international cheeses. Fresh-made buffalo mozzarella, gouda, emmental, and cheddar are all part of their repertoire.
