What Makes It Awesome?

Dining at Slo Food Co 2 was such a pleasant experience. It offers a break from the regular, fast-food options. The method of preparation of each dish is unique. Slo Food Co 2 beings the focus back to the goodness of Slow Cooking, incorporating age-old techniques like Dum Phuket cooking, Brass, and Earthenware, Sous Vide cooking, pickling and lots more to ensure healthy and delicious food. With a commitment to sustainability, all produce is sourced within 200kms of the city ensuring that every dish is at its freshest best.

Peach infused Watermelon Feta Cheese is served on lettuce leaves over a slab of Himalayan pink salt. The infusion makes it juicy and the flavour of pink salt adds a subtle flavour for the perfect aftertaste. Next up, the soup with pumpkin, coconut, lemongrass. chilli and more was so comforting. The flavour was a blend of sweet, creamy, tangy and a bit of spice.

Chicken wings were tender, juicy and not too sweet, just the way I like it. Bharwan Aloo is a treat for the taste buds. Peeli Mirch Jhinga is a must-try. The portions sizes are perfect. The main course was a delight, to say the least. I would recommend the desserts. Fusion dessert, Rasmalai Tiramisu and the Thanda Sampler are my favourites. I would love to try out more dishes from the extensive menu next time as there are about 150+ dishes to try out.
