What Makes It Awesome?

Quattro, an Italian, Mexican Vegetarian Fine Dine restaurant is now in Central Bengaluru. When you look into the menu, it shows that some dishes can be made in Jain versions and vegan versions, very customisable. Also, one can request for a gluten-free version too. Vegans too have fantastic options here.

When coming to the food, freshly baked bread is first provided with a set of four Mexican and four Italian sauces. Then came aerated mushroom and leek soup where a blend of porcini, Shitake mushrooms along with leek with the pieces of them in the soup made it amazing. Salads just don't look fancy and presented very well, they are absolutely a piece of Perfection and that's how you make people eat vegetables. Insalata Castano Salad is a warm salad, where warm guacamole, cucumber, water chestnuts whatnot. The other favourite was the Chilled Melon Feta Salad, where musk melon and watermelon are coated with feta cheese along with lettuce and presented in a smoking jar, this was perfect.

For appetizers, one can always indulge in the regular Italian fare of Bruschetta and southwestern rolls, but Mini Tacos are truly one of a kind. Chips were perfect, stuffing is awesome and the sauces and extra add ons were for an additional taste. Mexican spices queso is made with cottage cheese and grilled, which is highly recommended for Panner lovers.

Mexican Fondue is The fondue had salsa mixed with it. Toppings given here were Baked baby potatoes, Baby Onions, Jalapenos, Button Mushrooms, Bell Peppers and Babycorn. One of the best Fondue ever in Namma Bengaluru. Pizzas here are thin-crusted, so the half and half of Pimento and Primavera are pure Italian. Chimichangas Dos Quesos is a Mexican main course where a whole burrito is deep-fried with veggies stuffed inside and three kinds of sauces are poured on top. Lasagna Siciliano is perfectly made with amazing layers of pasta sheets, herbed veggies and cheese. The Kiwi Margarita here is an absolute delight, one has to experience this.

Desserts here are good. Tiramisu is much in a deconstructed manner. The chocolate ball is called Chocolate Saturn with the ball gold in colour. Tres Leches here is presented amazingly, along with the Tres Leches, there are coconut ice cream and milk nitrogen crystals. This made our day
