Watch Shashi Tharoor, Jhumpa Lahiri, Neil Gaiman And More As The Jaipur Lit Fest Going Digital

What Is Happening

It's a new world, and it's a new world order as it appears. And adapting to the times, Jaipur Literature Festival is going online and digital with JLF-In-Exhile: Brave New World. These online sessions replicate the offline events so you can expect plenty of discussion on everything from the impact of the plague to the impact of digital technology on the mind. Authors, moderators and speakers will, of course be from across the globe instead of the gorgeous Diggi Palace, but the line-up remains stellar with author and ex-politician Bruno Maçães, Neil Gaman, Jhumpa Lahiri, Siddhartha Mukherjee, Michael Palin, Manu S Pillai, Stephen Greenblatt, Tina Brown, Tom Holland, Pico Iyer, Marcus du Sutoy, and Helena Kennedy, all on the list.

The sessions will go live at 7pm, IST, with the programming streaming across the globe as well, for anyone who'd like to watch, listen and learn. Streaming across the official handles of the Jaipur Literature Festival, you can catch JLF-In-Exhile: Brave New World on Facebook, Instagram,  Twitter and on Youtube. The digital festival kicks off on April 4, until April 11, 2020.

Apart from speaker sessions and debates, the will be a live Q&A section as well.

Pro-Tip

William Dalrymple will be in conversation with Simon Schama, Michael Palin and Rob MacFarlane too!
