Maybe it's the fact that we've always been focused on the meals and biryani, but we are not quite how sure we missed this store on our countless visits to Nagarjuna on Residency Road. Located in the same building as Nagarjuna and Art of Delight, Jim's is a small but well-stocked kitchenware and tableware store that will sort out all your needs. The ceramic collection is our favourite with pretty dinnerware sets and pieces such as bowls, plates, and platters in green, blue, black, and other solid finishes as well as with patterns and designs -- think florals and abstract. There's also a collection of ceramic teapots, mugs and teacups in all shades of the rainbow. Oh and don't forget about the cutlery and serveware sets as well. And those dining table essentials -- bottle openers, tissue tray, magnets, pepper mill, oil dispensers, cutlery stand, and frosted glass water bottles.
Plus, there's also a collection of utensils that includes ladels, ice cream scoopers, wine bottle openers, and scissors. Knives of all kinds are available here as well. If you are playing host, then you'll find there are plenty of serveware options to pick up from cheeseboards to serving platters and cake stands, and salad bowls to trays. And a whole range of glassware in the likes of wine glasses, smoothie glasses, whisky glasses, decanters, and statement glasses. The store also has cookware and kitchen storage options. You can pick up glass storage containers for storing pulses and pasta as well as wooden masala boxes and oil jars.
