Beer + Food + Live Music: The Kingfisher Oktoberfest Is Back Courtesy SteppinOut

What Is It?

Are you seriously asking us that question? What do you mean what is it? It's only the city's most fun rendition of the Oktober fest, which went missing for a few years. Thanks to SteppinOut {the city-based lifestyle membership program that also organises open-air movie nights}. So mark out your calendars for Saturday, October 15 and Sunday, October 16, for all kinds of games, performances, food and of course, copious amounts of beer. Not convinced? OK. Beer Pong. Ah! So, now you're interested.

Who Is It For?

Promising to replicate the madness and fun of the original Oktoberfest in Munich, the Kingfisher Oktoberfest has in the past, never disappointed. Go for the beer, but stay for more beer, drinking games — beer pong, flip cup and even a beer relay, food that'll cure your drinking munchies and of course, a live performance space that'll see workshops, live music and all sorts of other entertainment. So really, it's for everyone who is up for fun on the one hand, and a pint of beer on the other! Cheer to that, eh?

Why Should I Go For It?

Unless you're just returning from the real deal in Munich, then you have no reason to not go. Burgers and brownies to pasta and pizzas, there'll be 22 food stalls to win your hearts and tummies — Shiro, Smally's, Smoke House Deli, Social, Khan Saheb, Mamagoto, Cheatz… you name it they'll be around.  Plus, an exclusive Kingfisher Beer Bar whose only task is to dole out bottles/glasses of cold ones. Sounds almost like paradise! Sign-up on the form below to register for the event!

#LBBTip

Keep an eye out on LBB for registrations for the beer games. Oh! And if you happen to be in Pune on Saturday, October 22, then make sure to head to Phoenix MarketCity there for a repeat of this!
