It's Time To Flea To The Kitsch Mandi Again

The information in this post might be outdated

Ten-second takeaway

Over twelve new stalls, multiple gigs and food to make you go nuts: Kitsch Mandi returns. Oh, and diva Diana King too!

Musically speaking

Well, apart from the legendary Diana King, and electro act Bombay Bassment, flying in from Mumbai {as if you didn’t know}, Bangalore producer/DJ Gautham Reddy will serenade you with music ideal to light up your phone and sway to. Then acoustic-RnB group Blushing Satellite will launch their much-anticipated debut EP too.

Foodies ahoy

Fisheteria will load you up on all things fishy and fresh, while Two Busy Cooks will spoil you with Chinese options, momos and even a few Thai dishes. Pierre will pitch in with authentic French food, so expect crêpes, galettes and tartines.

Hands-on

If you’d like to get in on the action, then make sure to head to Hobby In A Box where you can learn glass etching and decoupage (you’ll be making coasters). There will also be a zero waste lifestyle workshop where the ladies from Root Bazaar will teach you how to make your own body scrub, make up remover and lotion. Lenile Ventures and Cake and Moulds too will be there to get you drooling.

Shopaholic alert

Pure and Sure teas will be setting up shop here, as will Rachna Raghuram with her illustrations under the banner Doodle Doo. We can’t wait to check out the handmade stationery from Mur aur Mooch {don’t you adore the name} and Creative Box’s merch – all handmade from waste material and transformed into gorgeous things like bags, décor, cushion covers and stationery. Plus, plenty of other stalls which cover foods, bath and body products, organic merchandise, apparel and jewellery.
