Whiskey - 50 ml,
Palm sugar syrup - 10 ml,
Ginger slice - in glass,
Sugar Ginger Kombucha - top-up,
Lime - squeeze 1 wedge,
Angostura - 2 dash
Garnish:
Mint, sprig, Ginger, Orange peel
Aloha Ananas Kombucha:
Coconut infused white rum- 50 ml,
Tender coconut water- 30 ml,
Lime - squeeze 1 wedge,
Coconut sugar - 1 tea spoon,
Kaffir lime leaves - 2 no,
Vanilla extract - 2ml
Garnish:
Pineapple slice, Coconut slice, Kaffir lime
Rose Kombucha
Gin - 50 ml,
Campari - 10 ml,
Orange juice - 30ml,
Raw forest honey - 10ml,
Smoked Rosemary - in glass,
Rose Kombucha - topup
