Kshithee Dimensions will re-educate you and set you up with a kitchen to garden to table system for your organic veggies and greens.

What Makes It Awesome

Imagine never having to haggle over the prices of your vegetables at the market again. Unless you live in a house with a large garden that can (more easily) help that dream come true, the market is where we go. Kshithee Dimensions believes in sustainbly nurturing ourselves no matter where we live with their model of growing organic greens and veggies.

A large part of their operations involve setting up composting systems for large residential (or commercial) areas that produce a lot of kitchen waste. While there are many organisations in town that specifically deal with waste management and compost processing, Kshithee has taken it up a notch by creating a system where you can use your own compost for your kitchen and balcony or terrace gardens to grow veggies.

Based on the space you have, they provide you with ‘Grow Bags’ that are large jute bags filled with compost, mud and coco peat giving you an environment for plants that essentially waters itself (you’ll still have to occasionally water it though). The best part is that due to the design, the plants grow through the openings along the length of the bag (not just the top). As of now, their grow bags are designed for macro and micro greens, and low-maintenance veggies like tomatoes, chillies and brinjal. Let them know what mixture of plants you’d like, and they’ll come home and set up your potential salad whenever convenient!

Pro-Tip

They currently conduct workshops in residential communities and schools to help set up kitchen gardens at home, so hit them up if you feel like you’d rather have a community vegetable garden.
