If you've grown up or visited the Middle East, I'm hoping you've heard of our next Dessert!
Kunafa, or Kanafeh, Traditionally made with shredded Filo Pastry, soaked in sweet sugar syrup and filled with cheese, Ricotta Cheese or Clotted Cheese depending on where in the Middle East you are and topped with chopped nuts like Almonds or Pistachios. Such a craving led me to my next destination
****Kunafa World****
Located in Frazer town and Koramangala, The Assorted Mini Kunafa (Classic, Caramel, Nutella and Nutty), the Nutella Kunafa and the Cream Kunafa @swiggyindia did what they do best and had it delivered in a Jiffy.
I enjoy my Kunafa hot, so a quick 20 seconds in the microwave, and an entire sugar syrup potful later, I dived into the Kunafas. It was amazing. The cream oozed out with a wonderful sweetness. If however you arent a super sweet dessert person, maybe skip the syrup.
There is a possibility of Improvement however to the Kunafas. They are ideally much more thicker in size with a lot more cheese within, but Kunafas at Kunafaworld, come pretty close to the Middle east ones
