Ghee Roast, their signature dish comes in all versions from Prawn Ghee roast to mushroom and Panner, they have it all and the best ghee roast in town. Enormous amounts of Ghee to subtle the spice of red chilli and marinated meat make this an amazing dish. From the Tandoor, you have a Panner Tikka which is surprisingly good with thick mint marination.
Neer Dosa, another delicacy from the coast is well done with the Mangalorean Egg Curry, The Egg curry is subtle in spice and high on flavour and goes very well with the dosa which is as thin as a paper. The Searock special Palak Rice is like a Khichdi and a feast for vegetarians.
