All you early risers looking for something to do on a Sunday morning, fitness novices looking for Dance Aerobics 101 training and you fitness freaks looking to connect with like-minded can join us. For those who wake up late, we suggest you set the alarm clocks a bit earlier, because you don’t want to miss this one!
Why Should I Go?
This one-hour Zumba class will be headed by Arati Punwani Sunawala, Director & Choreographer, and her team. Her energy is contagious, and once she starts moving, you'll have no choice but to dance to her tunes (literally!). Known for her choreography, fun dance sessions and numerous performing arts shows, you can't pass this opportunity to have a fitness session with her. There's going to be Zumba, Bollywood and aerobic exercises all rolled into 60 minutes of a Sunday morning party. You in?

Yes, a healthy breakfast on us! We’ve tied up with Cafe Marzipan, and they are bringing fruits, tea, coffee, a breakfast casserole and whole wheat muffins as well! So, whatever you’re doing on Sunday, make sure this is at the top of your list!
